About Miriam

I'm just about to start a new job (in February 2012) as the digital humanities program coordinator at the University of California, Los Angeles. My Ph.D., from Yale University, is in Film Studies and American Studies. My dissertation work was related to the history of medicine and visual culture, but I'm also interested in the history of capitalism, silent film, and documentary.
